  • f. Webcasting Rights and Statutory Royalties. • 5. Representations, Warranties and Disclaimer

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SUCH EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

• 6. Limitation on Liability.
